How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart, using rates provided by our third-party fulfillment partner. You’ll always see the final shipping price before you place your order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we can only fulfill orders shipped to U.S.-based addresses.
When and how will my order be shipped?
Delivery times vary based on location and product type. On average, people can expect to receive their products within 5-9 business days. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.
Orders are shipped to the provided address by third-party carriers including USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
My order wasn't delivered. What can I do?
Once shipped, your order is handled by the shipping carrier. We recommend reaching out to the carrier with your tracking number for the fastest help.

I cannot find my order confirmation email

What is the return policy?
All sales are final. We donate profits from all sales to Muttville so if you don't like your item(s) please give them to a fellow dog lover. If your item is damaged, please contact us at store@loyal.com.
Can orders be canceled or modified?
Orders can’t be changed or canceled once they’re placed, since they’re sent to our third-party fulfillment partner for processing right away. We donate profits from all sales to Muttville, so all sales are final.
